The intent of the documents, unless otherwise specifically provided, is to produce complete and finished work, which the CONTRACTOR undertakes to do in full compliance with the Contract documents. It is not intended to mention every item of work in the specifications that can be adequately shown on the drawings nor to show on the drawings all items of work described or required by the specifications. All materials or labor for work shown on the drawings or reasonably inferable therefrom as being necessary to produce a finished job shall be provided by the CONTRACTOR whether or not same is expressly covered in the specifications. No verbal conversation, understanding or agreement with any officer or employee or agent of the OWNER, either before or after the execution of the Contract, shall affect or modify any of the terms, conditions or obligations contained in the Contract documents. The CONTRACTOR shall do all work as provided in the plans, specifications, special provisions, bid and contract, and shall do such additional extra work as may be considered necessary to complete the work in a satisfactory manner acceptable to the OWNER. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, machinery, equipment, and incidentals necessary to the satisfactory prosecution and completion of the work Scope The Project generally consists of: 1. Proposed concrete street and driveway connecting to existing asphalt pavement. 2. Approximately 782 linear feet of proposed concrete trail connecting to existing trail. 3. Approximately 130 linear feet of 6" conduit. 4. Approximately 423 linear feet of 18" RCP and 3 precast safety end treatments.
