Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bonham, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
**As of March 06, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project involves remodeling four existing rooms (321, 406, 407, and 414) in Building 2 at the Sam Rayburn VA Medical Center for use as temporary EHRM classrooms and administrative support space. Work includes demolition and renovation to replace lay-in ceiling systems, light fixtures, flooring, wall coverings, and IT and electrical outlets. Rooms 321, 406, and 407 will receive indoor AC package units. The scope also includes a physical security assessment and upgrades, as well as hazardous material abatement based on the site's ACM report. Mechanical work will involve minor roof modifications, including new curbs and repairs, and the installation of wall-mounted louvers requiring exterior wall penetration and repair. All work must comply with applicable local and VA building codes and will be performed under a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. **Location:** Sam Rayburn VA Medical Center, 1201 E. 9th St., Bonham, Texas, 75418.
