Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment, consumables, and supervision to replace eight heat exchangers in Buildings 1, 2, 24, and 29 at the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center. Work includes disconnecting existing steam supply, condensate, water connections, controls, and all related components from existing units; demolition, removal, and disposal of the existing Armstrong heaters; and installation of new Patterson-Kelley heat exchangers consisting of two Model PK06D units, two Model PK08D units, two Model PK10D units, and two Model PK08D-H units. The contractor shall provide all required steam piping, valves, fittings, condensate piping, drain lines, relief valve piping, and electrical connections for the new steam control valves, ensuring full integration with the existing system. All work shall be completed in full compliance with the specifications, drawings, and applicable local and VA building codes, with a recommended site visit to verify measurements and existing conditions. The period of performance shall be 180 days after issuance of the notice to proceed. Location: Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center, 1201 E. Ninth Street, Bonham, Texas 75418.
