Canadian dollars per occurrence; and; and all deductibles will be less than $2,500 and to be paid by the Contractor. b) Professional liability of the Contractor and its sub-contractors for any loss, damage, or cost incurred by the COT arising out of negligent acts or errors or omissions in connection with this agreement shall be limited to $5,000,000 Canadian dollars per occurrence or claim. All deductibles will be less than $2,500 and to be paid by the Contractor in Canadian dollars per occurrence or claim. c) Without limiting the generality of this Section: i. the insurance shall be underwritten by insurers acceptable to the COT; ii. the COT shall be noted as additional insured on the policy or policies. iii. the Professional liability insurance must provide coverage for negligent acts, errors, and omissions of the Contractor and d) The Contractor shall provide the COT with at least thirty (30) days advance written notice in the event of cancellation or material reduction of coverage regarding the required insurance policies.
