The Housing Authority of New Orleans (The Agency) Through its Agent, New Columbia Residential Services, LLC is seeking bids from contractors with required state and local licenses and certifications required to perform work of the type required by this contract in the City of New Orleans. The contractor shall comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the services contemplated herein. Question Deadline 09/19/2025 at 3:00 PM CT The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) through its Agent is seeking General Contractors to perform repairs and upgrades to the interior and exterior of Columbia Parc Sr Housing Community as indicated in the project documents provided. Rehabilitation work includes renovation of a 132 unit rental apartment project, and amenity areas, which includes stairs, elevators, site paving, and all other items as indicated on the Contract Documents, also includes Physical Needs Assessment (PNA) report, and as may be required for the completion of the project. Project scope of one building of a 3 story wood frame structure. Site Location-1401 Caton St New Orleans, LA 70122 The Agency and its Agent reserves the right to reject any or all offers for just cause and waive any formalities in the submission process if it is in the best interest of the public to do so.
