Renovation of a military facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials for roofing repairs at USCG Sector New Orleans. All work must be completed in accordance with the scope of work. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the scope of work, and highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, conduct evaluations, and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. PROJECT BRIEF: Overall deterioration of EIFS including sealant, roof of 4th Deck. This work will take place on the 4th Deck Roof at Sector Nola. 1. Remove existing sealants at all EIFS coping joints. 2. Clean and prepare all surfaces at all joints for application of new polyurethane sealant. 3. Supply and install new backer rods to all joints. 4. Apply new polyurethane sealant to all joints IAW manufactures instructions. 5. Remove existing sealant at metal flashing and EIFS transition. 6. Clean and prepare all surfaces at metal flashing and EIFS transition. 7. Apply new polyurethane sealant to all joints IAW manufactures instructions. 8. Apply mesh, base coat and top colored coat to entire EIFS coping. 9. Remove and discard all debris and materials from the site upon completion. LOCATION: Project site is located at 200 Hendee St, New Orleans, LA 70114.
