The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking proposalsfrom firms with experience in ConstructionManager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery to provide pre-construction and construction services for several projects collectively referred to as the Central Advanced Wastewater Treatment facilities Improvements at the Valrico Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility and Falkenburg Road Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility and related collection basin that are owned and operated by the Hillsborough County Water Resources Department. Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners intends to select two firms (one for each facility) deemed to be the best qualified and as appropriate to accomplishthe requestedserviceslisted in the attachedStatement of Work. At the time the CMAR submits its proposal, the CMAR must be licensed to practice as a General Contractor in the State of Florida pursuant to Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. The Countyanticipatesthat State and/or Federal funding may be used to fund select projects associated with this solicitation, where applicable and in the County's best interests.
