Renovation of a fire / police facility in Tampa, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 34,040-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.

This Project consists of renovating the interior components of the facility at 10210 Windhorst, Road as noted in the attached design documents. The renovation to the building focuses primarily on the interior of the building and is not expected to impact the site in any significant way. The site appears to be sufficient to support the building, including adequate parking. All exterior elements are to remain and be protected from damage unless otherwise noted in the Contract Documents. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide construction services for the renovation of the Pinebrooke V Facility per the attached exhibits. Selectively demo HVAC systems, refer to Mechanical Drawings. d. Cut existing slab as required to remove existing plumbing fixtures and lines. e. Provide minimum requirements for ventilation, temperature and humidity control in unfinished spaces. f. Build Men's Restroom/Showers/Lockers 183, Women's Restrooms. Alternate Description: Provide new enclosed Weight Training Gym, Office, and Sound System Closet as indicated on drawings. a. All equipment to be Owner Furnished / Contractor Installed. + b. Provide interior window, data and electrical for new Office as indicated. c. Ceiling in work area to be left open to structure; i.e. no new ACT ceiling. d.
