This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Oak Island, North Carolina. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
Custodial Services. This agreement shall be binding on both parties from the above date of the contract to October 1, 2026, unless terminated sooner or extended as stipulated herein. The term of this contract may be extended on an annual basis for three (3) additional years. Such extensions shall be by mutual agreement of the parties, with such extension agreement to be in writing if any terms of this basic agreement are renegotiated and modified by the parties for such extension period. There will be no pre-bid meeting; questions can be sent to sthornall@oakislandnc.Gov. The Town will evaluate the bids based on the sum of the Total Bid for the Projects. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all of the project bids or bidders.
