Question Deadline 09/23/2025 at 2:01 PM MT Question Submission Details Email: reception@lex3.ca Each tender must be accompanied by a bid bond in its original digital format made out to Wheatland County equal to 10% of the tender amount. A Consent of Surety from the Bonding Company must also accompany the Tender, stating that the Bonding Company will issue a contract Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price, and a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price, if the Tender is accepted.
