Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Strathmore, Alberta. Design plans call for the construction of a 65,390-square-foot, two-story above grade, 680-seat educational facility.
Replacement of Westmount Elementary School. TIMELINE: Project is in design. RFP for Independent Commissioning Services has been issued in a separate report. Construction delivery method will be Design-Build. Construction is planned for 2027-2029. Further update may be available early 2026.
