This scope of work outlines the required tasks for the upgrade of a 4 Ton Heat Pump Split System. The project will include replacement, removal and disposal of current 4 Ton Condenser, Air Handler, Line Set, and any related ductwork not utilized as transitional to accommodate the new air handler at DMV Customer Service Center. The contract term shall begin upon contract execution for (30) thirty days which shall include completion of the scope of work and all deliverables to the satisfaction of the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.
