Renovation of a mixed-use development in Minden, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and transportation facility.
The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to modernize the elevators at the JLEC (1038 Buckeye Rd.) and Tahoe Admin (175 HWY 50) as more particularly described in the Bidding Documents. 1. 25-26 Elevator Modernization - JLEC (1038 Buckeye Rd, Minden) 2. 25-26 Elevator Modernization - Tahoe Admin (175 Hwy 50, Stateline) Question Deadline 09/17/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Douglas County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in the bids. The Engineer's estimate for this project is: $700,000 to $810,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
