The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to solicit Responses from qualified firms (”Proponent”) to The County of Forty Mile No. 8 (the “County”) pertaining to the civil construction and installation of underground fibre duct and handholes as part of their open access broadband wireless network segment build. The County’s RFP intentions are to: Negotiate a contract with the selected Proponent for conduit and handhole placement installation Request further clarification to ensure that evaluations are equitably compared; or Make no award whatsoever and cancel the proposed work.
