Approximately 60,000 cubic yards shall be crushed to the specifications Designation 4, Class 203/4 inch Road Crush. Work must be completed on or before September 30, 2022. Reference Number: AB-2022-01864 The tender of the contract must be completed by showing the unit price in figures and the figure confirmed in written word. Use the bid figure times the estimated quantity to determine the total bid for each bid item. In the case of a discrepancy, the unit price figure will take precedence. The total tender shall include the G.S.T. A Bid Bond or certified cheque payable to the County of Forty Mile No. 8 for ten per cent (10%) of the tender must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer shall be required to furnish at its own expense a Performance Bond.
