A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** INVITATION TO BID All interested parties are hereby notified that the City of Key Colony Beach is accepting sealed bids for the CITY OF KEY COLONY BEACH CITY HALL PROJECT. The project is located at 600 W Ocean Drive, Key Colony Beach, Florida 33051. The project consists of the Hardening and Renovation of the existing City Hall facility with a new two-story addition, encompassing City Administration Offices, Building Department, Police Department, Marble Hall, Emergency Operations Center, and U.S. Postal Office., and associated site work. The project shall include all material, labor, supplies, equipment and services for a complete project. Bid Bond YES Prospective Bidders shall not contact or otherwise communicate with City staff or City officials except as set forth in Paragraph 4.1 of Section 00200, Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Base Bid must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, except timely submission of bids, in any bids received, to re-advertise for bids or to take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interests of the City. As a matter of information to Bidders, the City does not bind itself to accept the minimum specifications stated herein, but reserves the right to accept any bid, which in the judgment of the City Commission will best serve the needs and interests of the City.
