Creation of automatic operation utilizing the existing emergency generator system as described on the drawings in the Main Prison Compound Generator Building. Modification shall include, but not be limited to the following: Provision of an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) this project to create automatic operation of the existing emergency generator. Installation and connection of User provided pad mount transformer for interface between the emergency generator system and the 15KV distribution system. Provision of SF6 pad mounted switchgear to interface existing emergency generator to the existing 15KV underground distribution system. Provision of all conduits and conductors (15-KV and 600-Volt) to support the creation of automatic emergency generator operation. Provision of all hardware and software programming as necessary to interface the existing generator with the 15KV SF6 switchgear. All existing emergency generators and appurtenances shall remain onsite to be removed by User Agency. Ensure all buildings remain watertight after installation of modifications and associated appurtenances.
