Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in McConnelsville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Contractors must purchase copies of the documents from DLZ in order to be registered as a bidder and to submit a bid. PROJECT SCOPE The project work shall consist of but not limited to Roofing, Lighting & Parking lot / site improvements and related appurtenances and equipment, including all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the construction in accordance with the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as required by Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in an amount equal to the sum of the bid submitted by each contractor. In lieu of posting the bond, a bidder may use a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Letter of Credit for ten percent of the Contractor's bid as bid security. When a check or letter of credit is used, the bidder shall be required to post a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Labor and Material Payment Bond, upon the signing of the contract. The MORGAN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the right to accept the lowest and best bid, the right to waiver minor irregularities on any bid, and the right to accept the bid proposal which promotes the best interest of the MORGAN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
