Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Richmond, British Columbia. Working plans call for the construction of a six-story above grade, 220-unit multi-residential development.
Development of one or two apartment buildings up to six storeys and containing approximately 220 rental homes in a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom units. TIMELINE: Preliminary design is underway. An application seeking rezoning approval is in process at the city. Pending rezoning approval, more detailed designs will be prepared to support development permit and building permit applications. The advancement of any form of development is contingent on the receipt of capital and operational funding from senior levels of government. Other contacts and consulting engineers' information are yet to be determined. Further update in early 2027. *The City has selected The New Vista Society as its non-profit partner. Construction budget is unreleased.
