Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Richmond, British Columbia. Design plans call for the construction of a six-story above grade, 240-unit multi-residential development.
Development of one or two apartment buildings up to six storeys and containing approximately 200 to 240 rental homes in a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom units. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is underway. The city is exploring the possible of developing the project. If the project proceeds, it will be subject to a rezoning and development permit process. The advancement of any form of development is contingent on the receipt of capital and operational funding from senior levels of government. Information sessions are underway. Further update in late spring 2026. *The City has selected The New Vista Society as its non-profit partner. Construction budget is unreleased.
