Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Richmond, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Richmond (the "City") is proposing to engage an experienced service provider to provide supply and installation services for playground equipment and playground safety surfacing in Richmond, B.C. Design-Build Services a) The City's parks inventory features over 80 playgrounds. Assets that have reached end of useful life are scheduled for replacement. Three playgrounds are proposed for replacement. b) The City's anticipated budget for this Project is estimated at an order of magnitude of $580,000.00 at this time and is inclusive of all design, materials, work, freight, duties, PST and construction services. Figures excludes GST. Each project has a defined upset limit that must not be exceeded: Site 1 - Fedoruk Kartner Park Playground (North end of Kartner Road): $ 80,000 Site 2 - Dover Park Playground (5892 Dover Crescent): $ 160,000 Site 3 - McLean Park Playground (22500 McLean Ave): $ 340,000 Documents can be obtained from https://richmond.bidsandtenders.ca/ The following Park options has been awarded to: 1. McLean Neighbourhood Park: Park N Play Design Company Ltd. 2. Fedoruk Kartner Park: Parkworks Solutions Corp. 3. Dover Neighbourhood Park: Parkworks Solutions Corp.
