Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project involves the mechanical and controls upgrade of selected Make-Up Air (MUA) Fans and Return Air Fans located at BCIT's Aerospace Campus. The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of new Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and motors to enhance energy efficiency, reliability, and performance of the existing air handling systems. In addition to the mechanical upgrades, the project also includes the provision of all necessary supplementary controls and Direct Digital Control (DDC) programming to ensure seamless integration with the campus's existing building automation system.
