The work consists of the following: Demolition and associated servicesfor two single story buildings, the former Suffolk County Old Police Department 4th Precinct (C0355) 16,000 square feet and Children's Shelter (C0016) 25,000 square feet, to include removal of entire structures, foundations, and supporting structures. The project will have an accelerated timeline with the start of demolition of the Old Police Department 4th Precinct (C0355) commencing in October 2025. The demolition of the Children's Shelter (C0016) will commence in Quarter 2 2026 after Suffolk County staff have vacated the building.
