Core and Shell Construction 3. Millwork, Counters, Alternatives. 4. Sound Masking System 5. Fire Protection Design & Devices 6. Lighting & Power 7. Mechanical Systems 8. Plumbing 9. Flooring 10. Painting 11. Associated permitting Generally anticipated project duration is anticipated from November 3 2025, to May 1, 2026. Question Deadline 09/17/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Questions shall be directed in writing to Glendon Berrett Glendon.w.berrett@imegcorp.com all questions shall be submitted by noon Any and all Work awarded will be to one Contractor. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of forty-five (45) days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The Town reserves the right to award the contract by sections, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein. All Bidders agree that damage or claim shall not be brought by any Bidder because of rejections, nor shall the Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the Town because of such rejections.
