The project is located at an existing CDOT Maintenance yard south of the town of Morrison on Hwy 8. The new VSF shall be a 6,000 gross square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). The VSF will contain an administration area and five 20'-0" x 50'-0" bays used to store CDOT plow trucks, two of which shall be wash bays with waterproofed finishes and fixtures. The flooring shall be concrete slab-on-grade with a 20-foot concrete apron at the overhead doors. The project will include a 55'-10" x 24'-2" Mg-Cl containment structure which will hold three storage tanks.
