Reference Number 0000384804 This Contract provides for Construction of the following Work: Furnishing and Installation of a New Raw Water Meter Vault. Furnishing and Installation of a new Overflow Manhole. Associated Raw Water Piping and Fittings. Furnishing and Installation of a new Flow Meters. Power, Instrumentation, communication, wiring and programming. Erosion Control, Excavation, Site Grading, and Restoration. Associated permitting (Anticipated - Morrison Building Permit, Denver Mountain Parks Occupancy/Work Permit). Generally anticipated project duration is anticipated from July 15, 2025, to December 15, 2025. The contract may be awarded in advance (June 2025) allowing for procurement of materials and preparation prior to work that would impact water delivery from Bear Creek to the treatment plant. The Town reserves the right to award the contract by sections, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein. All Bidders agree that damage or claim shall not be brought by any Bidder because of rejections, nor shall the Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the Town because of such rejections.
