**As of October 2, 2025, Project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** The Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA), a local public agency exercising joint powers, is seeking bidders for construction services related to the removal and replacement of culvert, headwalls, wingwalls, and aprons in accordance with project plans and specifications and debris removal as designated in Pacific Palisades, CA. This is a public works project as defined in the California Labor Code and will require prevailing wages if the bid exceeds $25,000. At the time of bid submission, and at all times during the term of the contract, the Contractor shall hold a General B or better license issued by the State of California appropriate for this type of work.
