Contractor must agree to pay MA Prevailing Wage rates whenever applicable. The SWSC reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to revoke, any or all bids, if in the public interest to do so. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
