Sealed bids for a Prime Contractor contract are requested by the Springfield Water and Sewer Commission's (SWSC)Chief Procurement Officer. Project Description:Replace existing boilers and hot water heater with two high efficiency condensing natural gas boilers The Project is estimated not to exceed $150,000.00. Contractor must agree to pay MA Prevailing Wage rates whenever applicable. The SWSC reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to revoke, any or all bids, if in the public interest to do so.
