The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission is seeking a price agreement for the supply of dry barrel fire hydrants on an as-needed basis. All supplied products must meet SWSC Material Specifications. Quantities are approximate and may be adjusted at the Commission's discretion. The Vendor must provide materials that meet the specifications. The contract term is for one year, with two one-year renewal options at the Commission's sole discretion. The contract will not exceed $200,000 per year. Bidders must provide pricing on all items listed in the specifications to be considered. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the SWSC.
