The City of Springfield is seeking qualified contractors to provide lighting upgrades at Stearns Square Park located at 1 Stearns Square, Springfield MA, 01103 This bid falls under M.G.L. Ch. 3039M and other procurement statutes All questions regarding this bid or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than 10/23/25 by 4:30 P.M. (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. MA DLS Prevailing Wage rates apply. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
