The Project consists of but not limited to: Renovations and replacing three of the elevators within the High School. The complete removal of three elevators systems including cabs, motors, equipment, controls and connections. Installation of three new custom elevator systems within the existing hoistway. TRADES Elevators Heating / Ventilating / Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Electrical Work Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work is estimated to cost $1,500,000.00. (20%) MWBE participation applies The Massachusetts Workforce Participation Goals are currently set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
