Price Agreement for Sewer Maintenance Chemicals The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission (hereafter; "SWSC" or the "Commission"), through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking a price agreement for the supply of sewer maintenance chemicals, on an as-needed basis. All products to be supplied must meet SWSC Material Specifications. Quantities in this bid are approximate and the Commission reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities to best suit its needs. The Vendor shall provide materials that meet the specifications. The term of the Contract shall be for One (1) Year with Two (2) one-year renewal options, to be exercised at the SWSC's sole discretion.. The amount of the contract will not exceed $100,000.00 per year. Bidders are required to provide pricing on all items listed in bid specifications on order to be considered for award. All questions must be made in writing and submitted via email to edward.sweeney@waterandsewer.org no later than October 22, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. in order to be considered. The Chief Procurement Officer/designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the SWSC to do so.
