The Springfield Housing Authority requests competitive sealed bids from qualified Cleaning Service Contractors to provide cleaning services for a period of three years, pending the availability of funds for years two and three, at the Springfield Housing Authority Administrative Offices located at 60 Congress Street, Springfield, MA. Bids must be submitted in duplicate on forms furnished by the Springfield Housing Authority. Envelopes must be clearly marked with the project and bid due date. The award of this contract shall be governed by the Procurement Policy of the SHA, applicable Massachusetts General Laws, federal regulations, and HUD requirements. The SHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts therein. Award of this contract is subject to approval by the SHA Board of Commissioners and HUD.
