Project: Provide Construction Manager at Risk services for a replacement high school on 61 acres located adjacent to the existing operational school. Selective demolition of adjacent building(s), parking lots and/or athletic fields may be applicable as defined through the completion of the design process. Capacity: Parkwood High School is being designed with a projected maximum enrollment of 1600 students. Building dimensions and total square footage will be defined through the completion of the design process. Location: The physical parameters are located adjacent to the operational facility located at 3220 Parkwood School Road Monroe NC 28110.
