The Vieux-Longueuil Operations Centre (CEVL) comprises one (1) garage and the Saint-Hubert Operations Centre comprises two (2) garages. The Services include the removal of existing lines and interior and exterior marking. The successful bidder shall provide all labour, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the Services. The Services shall be performed on the interior and exterior parking lots at the following three (3) sites: Centre d'exploitation du Vieux-Longueuil - 1160, Marie-Victorin, Longueuil, QC, J4G 2M4; Centre d'exploitation de Saint-Hubert, Garage 1 - 5120, Grande Allee, Saint-Hubert, QC, J4V 1K3; Centre d'exploitation de Saint-Hubert, Garage 2 - 5120, Grande Allee, Saint-Hubert, QC, J4V 1K3. The Contract is for a term of TWO (2) years from the date of award. The Contract also includes ONE (1) one-year renewal option, which RTL may exercise at its sole discretion. Tour of the premises Possibility Before submitting its Tender, the TENDER may, by appointment, visit the sites where the Contract is to be performed. To this end, the TENDER must make an appointment with the File Representative. Period Individual visits must take place before the date on which Tenders are received. Period of validity Any Tender submitted shall remain valid for a period of SIXTY (60) days following the date and time set for the receipt of Tenders. The TENDERER must attach to its tender the original of a tender guarantee representing at least TEN PER CENT (10%) of the total amount of the tender before taxes. This guarantee must be valid for the entire validity period of the Tender. Performance guarantee The TENDER must also attach to its offer a letter of undertaking guaranteeing the issuance of a contract performance bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee cashable in Quebec on demand, valid for the entire term of the Contract, for a minimum amount equivalent to TEN PER CENT (10%) of the total amount of the Tender before taxes. Reservation The PRINCIPAL does not undertake to accept any of the Tenders received and shall not incur any liability towards the TENDERS. Furthermore, the PRINCIPAL reserves the right to reject any and all Tenders received and, if it deems it appropriate, to issue a new call for tenders.
