Renovation of an office development in Longueuil, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade office development; and one-story above grade office development.
Question Deadline 10/17/2025 enquiries should be received no later than 5 business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. The purpose of this contract is to replace the existing pumps and add a new pump to provide redundancy for the chiller system in the main mechanical room. The technical requirements are detailed in electromechanical documents prepared and sealed by an engineer, and the execution plans are phased to limit service interruptions and maintain the chilled water supply throughout the work. The services required are for a general contractor, who must be qualified to practice and possess a Quebec permit, to replace existing pumps 06-PER-006 and 06-PER-007 and add a new pump to ensure redundancy for the chilled water system at the specified location.
