The CLIENT wishes to retain the services of a specialized company to clean all the ducts and components of the ventilation systems at the Vieux-Longueuil Operations Center (CEVL), including but not limited to, the cleaning of all ducts, swan necks, shutters, grilles, directional blades, diffusers, coils, and piping as well as all accessories of the systems identified in the scope of Services of the Specifications. Guarantees Tender Guarantee: The BIDDER must attach to its offer the original of a bid guarantee equivalent to FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total pre-tax amount of the tender. This guarantee must be valid for the entire period of validity of the Submission. Guarantee of performance: The BIDDER must also attach to its offer a letter of commitment guaranteeing the issuance of a contract performance bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee that can be cashed in Quebec upon request, valid for the entire duration of the Contract, for a minimum amount equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total amount of the Submission before taxes.
