The SERVICE PROVIDER, and/or its specialized subcontractors, must be members of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), and be able to perform all the tasks required in the Quote, according to the unit prices indicated in the Price list. Bid Guarantee: The BIDDER must accompany its Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total price offered in its Bid (5 years). If the BIDDER submits its Submission in paper format, this tender guarantee must be produced in one of the following forms: ) a certified cheque, money order or bank draft made to the order of the PUBLIC BODY; ) a guarantee issued by a Financial Institution, in accordance with the provisions of the tender guarantee model reproduced in Annex 4.01 of the Tender Form.
