A bid guarantee in the form of a certified cheque or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid and a letter of intent must accompany the bid. All tenders (including bonds and letters of intent) must be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days following the date set for the opening of tenders.
