A. The purpose of this Contract is to provide funding in the amount of Seventy-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Dollars and Fifty-Six Cents ($79,300.56) in exchange for work to be performed for the project. The SLBA is authorized to provide grant assistance pursuant to PA 166 of 2022. This Contract is subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. B. This Contract and its exhibits constitute the entire Contract between the SLBA and the Grantee and may be modified only by written agreement between the SLBA and the Grantee. C. The scope of this project is limited to the activities specified in Grantee's Application and summarized in Exhibit A, and such activities as are authorized by the SLBA under this Contract. Grantee's Application, dated July 21, 2025, as amended, is hereby incorporated in whole by reference. Any change in project scope requires prior written approval in accordance with Section V, Changes, of this Contract. D.
