Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 1,500 feet of 8' wide HMA pathway resurfacing on Butternut Avenue, south of Ransom Street 1,500 feet of 8' wide HMA pathway reconstruction on Butternut Avenue, north of Quincy Street Removal of (3) three timber retaining walls 3,400 feet of modular block retaining wall installation Including all removal, tree root removal, herbicide application, aggregate base replacement, and restoration. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Park Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. Project substantial completion date is June 12, 2026. Project must be completed and ready for final payment by July 12, 2026. No one area must be left as open aggregate or sand for more than 14 calendar days. If work is completed in 2025, once a section of shared-use pathway is removed, it must be completed (final course HMA installed) by November 15, 2025.
