Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope of project The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 2,500 feet of 8' wide hma pathway reconstruction on felch street (120 th avenue to butternut avenue) 2,500 feet of 8' wide hma pathway reconstruction on riley street (120 th avenue to roberts Way) 5,400 feet of 8' wide hma pathway reconstruction on riley street (136 Th avenue to us-31) 5,000 feet of 8' wide hma pathway reconstruction on 132 Nd avenue (riley street to james street) 2,500 feet of 8' wide hma pathway reconstruction on 120 Th avenue (riley street to greenly street) Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to holland charter township in an Amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety Shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. Completion date Project substantial completion date is july 3, 2026. Project must be completed and ready for Final payment by august 15, 2026. No one area must be left as open aggregate or sand for More than 14 calendar days. If work is completed in 2025, once a section of shared-use pathway is removed, it must be Completed (final course hma installed) by november 15, 2025. Documents notes : electronic drawings, specifications and bidding documents will be accessible/available only to those bidders who are active members of the bidder assumes sole risk for any project specifications and drawings, electronic or hard copy, obtained other than directly from prein&newhof. Bidders at the 476 120 th avenue, suite a, holland, mi 49424 office of prein&newhof after 10:00 am, thursday, july 10, 2025. Bidder shall, prior to submitting its bid, in writing request Engineer to clarify that portion of the contract documents as an addendum. This interpretation or correction will be made a part of the contract documents as an addendum. Any such addendum shall be mailed, faxed, e-mailed or delivered only to each person recorded as having received/downloaded a copy of the contract documents directly from Prein&Newhof.
