The purpose is to continue the efforts of a Detroit system-wide flow monitoring plan to refine calibration of the all-pipe sewer model of Detroit, support regional flow balance calculations, provide data collection for condition assessments and perform pilot projects that improve the assessment condition techniques utilized.
