Bid contract award date: Tuesday, September 16, 2025 A. Proposals shall include all labor, supervision, appropriate equipment, necessary materials, and all other equipment/materials/supplies not specifically provided by the City of Walsenburg to clean and maintain the City Hall Complex, including restrooms, entrances, hallways, meeting rooms, and other office spaces. It shall be understood that in addition to these services, all tasks relating to cleaning functions not specifically listed but normally included in janitorial practices shall be provided. B. The City of Walsenburg shall provide a secure storage facility accessible only to the Contractor and their Staff to house equipment and materials. C. The Contractor shall ensure that all chemicals are properly labeled in accordance with OSHA and SDS/MSDS Regulations. D. Contractor may be subject to cleaning safety sensitive areas and/or Administrative Offices containing highly confidential information. Therefore, Contractor shall provide Janitorial Services in a professional manner and ensure that confidentiality standards are maintained at all times. E. If the Contractor will be providing services before or after the City's regularly scheduled business hours, Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring building closure and maintaining security during and/or prior to departing the facility.
