Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Walsenburg, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,725-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The scope of the project includes the construction of a Transit Garage located at 625 N. Polk Ave, Walsenburg, CO 81089. The Transit Garage will be an approximately 1,725 sq ft. single story building. The building will have two primary areas 1) storage/parking bays for Transit Vehicles and 2) a small office space/break area. All bids will be evaluated, and selections made as soon as possible after the bid opening. Award of bid is subject to approval by the SCCOG. Bids shall be valid for a minimum of sixty days following the bid opening. SCCOG reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to award orders for the items described either in whole or in part, if it seems to be in the best interest of SCCOG to do so.
