The work includes draining, cleaning, removing damaged tiles and fittings, upgrading the drain system per The Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGBA) standards, and installing new finishes, depth markers, and pool components. All materials, methods and requirements must comply with the engineered drawings provided. The contractor must supply all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to complete the project. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for securing any required permits-or submitting written confirmation from the governing authority that permits are not required-and for returning the pool to chemical balance upon completion.
