The Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (“MECA”) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations interested in performing all services to replace four (4) SLR 8000 Repeaters for a Motorola Two-Way Radio system at CHI Health Center Omaha (“CHIHCO”). MECA is responsible for managing the operations of this Facility.
