You are invited to submit a quotation to supply Huntsville Utilities with cold mix asphalt listed on the enclosed Attachment A (Pricing Sheet) and Attachment B (Specifications). Your pricing proposal must be submitted on the enclosed Attachment A (Pricing Sheet). Your Bid Proposal should include terms, availability, firm price and FOB delivery to the respective HU service area. HU reserves the right to consider alternative pricing proposals. Vendor specified terms or conditions which would preclude bid rejection will not be renegotiated after the bid opening. Please address your questions in writing to moya.bragg@hsvutil.org and they will be answered and sent to all prospective bidders forty-eight hours prior to the bid opening time and date referenced above. Event Bid Description: Please mark your envelope with the bid opening information in the lower left corner and include your company name, description, bid number, designated action person and opening date. If you use a window envelope, this information should be visible. Signed, dated, and sealed proposals will be accepted until the time and date specified above. Proposals received after the bid opening time and date will be rejected. Proposals received via facsimile machine or telephone will be rejected. HU reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to evaluate and accept any bid, which in HU's sole opinion, offers the most acceptable services to HU.
