Madison County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide PVC Water Main Class, Thickened Bell Pipe. All questions should be directed, in writing, to Vince Moody, vmoody@madisoncountyal.gov and Jennie Weatherly, jweatherly@madisoncountyal.gov. The bid will be awarded for a one (1) year period with the condition that Madison County, and the successful vendor may mutually agree to extend the bid award for two (2) additional and consecutive one (1) year periods, with the total term not to exceed three (3) years. The Madison County Commission reserves the right to award this bid on an all-or-none or item by item basis, to refuse all bids, and to waive technicalities.
