Site work and paving for a civil project in Locust Valley, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Requirements Contracts for Permanent Pavement Restoration and Water Main and Water. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by either a certified check drawn on a solvent bank with an office in the State of New York, or a bid bond in an amount of $1,000.00 and payable to the Locust Valley Water District. This amount shall be the measure of liquidated damage sustained by the District as a result of the failure, negligence or refusal of the Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded to execute and deliver the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and to accept such bid which, in the opinion of the Owner, is in the best interests of the Owner. Doc Note : ny bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. As a convenience to the Contractor, Digital Bidding Documents may be obtained from Online. as an online download for a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), paid by credit card. Please note REV and Online are the designated locations and means for distributing and obtaining all bid package information. All bidders are urged to register to ensure receipt of all necessary information, including bid addenda. All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered Online via email and will be available at Online . who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use, and coordinate directly with REV for hard copies of addenda to be issued. There will be no charge for registered.
